TENS Monthly Meeting - Member Registration (May 21, 2012)

May 2012 Meeting

Watch short video interviews of Larry LaMotte discussing his TENS program, “Networking without a Net.”

The schedule for the May 21st TENS meeting will be different than our regular monthly dinner meetings. Instead of starting with networking time, we’re going to start with dinner and the program, followed by networking time. The reason we’re going to do this is that, during the program, Larry LaMotte and a cast of TENS members will demonstrate the “do’s” and “don’ts” of networking in a series of short, improvisational skits. It will be eye-opening, hilarious and very informative. Every attendee will have an opportunity to practice the networking skills that Larry will be demonstrating, during the networking time scheduled at the end of the program.

Over the last 7 years, Larry LaMotte has become an expert in networking by joining more than a dozen business networking organizations, not to get a new client or customer, but to learn more and to “raise his game.” After going every month to multiple networking events, joining the boards of 3 different networking organizations (including TENS), and studying books and newsletters about networking, Larry started “DUCK Biz Lunch” so that local Seattle alumni of the University of Oregon could network more productively. Over the last 3 years, Larry has experimented with many different ways to organize and run the DUCK Biz Lunch meetings to maximize the networking value for the participants. DUCK Biz Lunch has grown to monthly meetings with hundreds of members in 5 cities across the US: Seattle, Bellevue, Portland, San Francisco and Washington, DC.

Join us on May 21st for the networking event of the year!
