A current member must sponsor each candidate for membership. Although membership is by invitation only, the organization actively encourages membership among a cross-section of leaders throughout the Puget Sound area.
TENS chooses members based on their career achievements and philosophical match with the organization’s mission. TENS does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, age, religion, national origin, or sexual orientation.
